I first started going to Williamson Chrysler 3 years ago when I purchased my first Jeep Grand Cherokee. One of the things I really like about this specific Chrysler location are the people who work here. I am not well versed in cars and trust is a big deal for me when I pick a place to not only purchase but also service my vehicle, I have had some very bad experiences in the past. When it comes time that I get something more than an oil change serviced, the folks in the service centre give me a lot of warning so I have time to put the additional cost into my budget, being a single income household, that can be an issue. When it came time to buy a new Jeep, I knew I could trust them to give me a fair deal. I let them know I was looking for lightly used (1 year max), colour, features and my budget. It took them a few months to find it (I was in no rush and they knew this), but they found me EXACTLY what I was looking for an it fit exactly into my budget within a few dollars. Not only that, the salesman I dealt with, Jeff, called me 2 weeks, 1 month and 6 months after my purchase to ensure I was still happy with my Jeep. This is the 7 vehicle I have purchased since I started to drive and I have purchased from other dealers, I have never experienced this. Perhaps it's the small town charm or just going above and beyond for their customers but I highly recommend this location. I live in Toronto and it is worth the drive!!

Awesome service! Recently I was shopping for new winter tires and to my surprise these guys had the best price for a tire & wheel package. When talking to the parts manager he was so sure they had the best price that he encouraged shopping around. He also told me that they would price match. Boy, this place has changed with the new ownership.
