I recently purchased a new 2016 Ram from Williamson Chrysler, I was so impressed with the service I received that I traveled all the way from Aylmer Ontario, dealing with this dealership was well worth the 3hour drive. My sales consultant Graham Smith answered all my questions and got me into the truck I waited for a great deal! I would highly recommend this dealership for sales or service for anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle in the future. Thank you Jim Williamson, Graham Smith and the entire Williamson Chrysler Team

I have just purchased my 4th car from Williamson and I cannot say enough about this dealership, from the owners, to the sales staff, finance team, service and the receptionist. This is a team built on knowing customer service! I have purchased many cars in my life and NO dealership will ever compare. Williamson doesn’t treat you as “just another sale” or make you feel like they are in it for the commission. They work with you to get you into the right car for the right price. I can assure anyone reading this that this is not the “norm” for dealerships. From my point of view, you can buy a car anywhere, but only Williamson will stand up for their customers, and stand behind the cars they sell. They ALWAYS come through and work with you long after the sale is done. TOP notch Service team, they tell you the truth, they explain things to you in a way you can understand, and they will always try to accommodate. It’s peace of mind knowing that after a large purchase that the team will be there “in case” there are any problems. Luckily for me, I’ve never really had any! I service my car in Uxbridge (I live in Toronto), because I can trust it will be done right! Make the drive, and see for yourself; Williamson Chrysler does it right! That is the reason to get a new (or used) Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler.

After 4 months of shopping and after great counsel from a family member, we found ourselves purchasing from Williamson Chrysler. The team at Williamson provided THE BEST price, THE BEST incentives and THE BEST customer service out of all of the dealerships we visited. No pressure tactics, first class service, relaxed atmosphere all helped to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The team at Williamson know what they are doing! A week after our purchase we even received a cheque from Williamson in the mail stating... "one more incentive that we were able to provide by getting the paperwork done by a certain date." It doesn't get any better than that!!! Williamson - TOP NOTCH!

worst place to buy a vehicle, once they get your signature they stop caring. Even if they owe you snow tires you have paid for, brand new car purchased and they don't even mount the tires on the rim... Shitty attitude from everyone (customer care, sales& management)
