In the last few months I have been to this dealership several times for service to my Jeep Wrangler. While originally there was an issue with the service completed on my car, Jim Williamson & the Williamson Chrysler Dodge team worked with me to resolve the issue in a way that both the dealership and myself (as a customer) deemed appropriate and fair. I appreciated the dedication of Jim Williamson & his team to resolve this issue together.

These people will lie to you about the warranty. When it comes down to it, they look for excuses not to honour their word. Just so you know, they lied to me. Beware and shop elsewhere! Russ Clarke, B. Ed.

Amazing service, great cars. From the moment I walked in till the moment I left with my new car I was treated like a family. Scott Kerr found a perfect car for me that absolutely exceeded my expectations! I fell in love with it the moment I took it for a test drive. It had everything I wanted and much more. I still cannot believe how I've got such an amazing deal. He also made sure that I stay within my budget and that all my requests are fulfilled. Sherry assisted me with getting familiar with my new car, she was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Taylor was very efficient handling all of the paperwork and she was able to get me lower than original financing %. I am very happy that I went to Williamson Chrysler dealership, there is no better place to find a quality car. Thanks again to Scott, Sherry and Taylor. You guys are amazing!!! ❤️

A recent vehicle purchase at Williamson Chrysler was a very pleasant experience. The sales person, Eden Wood was a pleasure to deal with, no pressure and very accommodating. She was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining all the new technologies and making sure everything that needed attention was taken care of.

Went into this dealership after finding the vehicle I was looking for online. Sales team was very quick to answer all of my questions and provided a very laid back experience. Sherry our sales person provided an excellent rundown on all of the vehicle features the day we picked up our vehicle. I would definately recommend this dealership. Dealership and truck are great but no support of "after market" tonneau cover!

I purchased a new Ram 1500 ecodiesel from Williamson Chrysler in 2015. We bought a great truck for $50,600.00 and received a fair price on our trade-in. My wife and I also purchased a new Bakflip solid tonneau cover through the dealership (at the same time we purchased the truck) for $722.00 - BIG MISTAKE! Since it was installed this cover has leaked. Our salesman Jeff Down (who no longer works at Williamson) told me that all covers leak and that I should just park it so the front of the truck is facing uphill. As if this wasn't bad enough, for the last two years the cover has become increasingly heavy as it is has become waterlogged. Yesterday I could barely lift the cover so I purchased a vinyl cover for $550.00. Miraculously the new cover didn't leak a drop last night - even in a heavy rain! I called Williamson Chrysler this morning and spoke with a parts representative who said that, because I purchased an after market cover, it would only have been covered under warranty for one year. I explained to him that the vinyl cover I bought has a TEN year warranty but I was told there was nothing Williamson could do about it. This response, and level of "customer care" is far less than I would expect from Williamson. I have owned my truck for under four years and this will be the last vehicle/accessory I would purchase from them.
