I have to say that buying a vehicle at Williamson Chrysler was one of, if not the best I have ever experienced, thank you to the excellent sales staff for the very courteous and professional atmosphere.

Bought my first car - a 2017 Jeep Wrangler - from these guys. I actually live in Parry Sound and had planned on going to Huntsville, but stopped in as I was visiting someone nearby and figured it wouldn't hurt. Very glad I made that choice! I didn't know what exactly I was looking for, just that I wanted a Wrangler. Tyler set me up with the perfect Jeep and him and the rest of the team were able to arrange it so I could pick it up when I was back in town, instead of making a separate trip. I'll definitely be dealing with Williamson in the future despite the distance. Great dealership!

The purchase experience was what I expected. However, about 10 days after delivery of the vehicle, I discovered that there is no spare tire. A call to the salesperson confirmed that this vehicle does not come with a spare. I feel that the salesperson should have made me aware of this so that I could have made an informed decision either to buy a different vehicle or discuss adding a spare as part of the negotiation process. The lack of disclosure .is, in my opinion, poor service by Williamson Chrysler.. Most of those that I have spoken to were not aware that some vehicles have no spare installed. You can do better in future by informing your customers up front when equipment that they have come to expect on a vehicle has been removed by the manufacturer. N MacLeod (normac96@gmail.com)
