Uxbridge is a better place because of the work Jim and the staff at Williamson Chrysler do in the community. Not only do they put the customer first but you're treated like family when you walk in the door.

Customer parking is brutal. I don't know why you need to have so many identically packaged Rams, Grand Caravans and Pacifica's on the lot. There is 0 customer parking on he service side for customers coming for service due to all the trade ins/wholesale pieces and all the showroom parking is full of employees demos and dealer plated used vehicles. I'm not parking my vehicle where it can be hit by other people in the same predicament. Instead of making customers park in aisles and around blind corners you should consider making customer parking a priority. If there's no parking for customers then it feelS the message being sent they're is hey don't need any more. Other than the service department, none of the staff even look up from their computer screens to say hello - which seems to make it friendly only when you're spending money on a replacement vehicle.

Bought our used vehicle from a distance. Eden Wood took several additional photos and video of the vehicle before our purchase. Even sent video of the car being loaded onto the transport for delivery to our door. She worked with the transport company and came in to work extra to see the vehicle off. This helped a great deal to make a final decision without having to travel 4 hrs to the dealership. Jeff Brandes reassured us every step of the way regarding the condition of the vehicle and solid reputation of Williamson Chrysler. He made wiring funds smooth and issue-free. He followed up with all of our questions. Our leap of faith and trust in these folks paid off! Our vehicle arrived safe and sound and exactly as advertised on line. Thanks so much!
