My partner and I had a great experience at Owl Mazda. Megan who helped sell us the car was extremely helpful! The process went extremely smoothly. For a first time car owner, everything was fairly simple to understand. Would recommend if you need a helpful dealership!

The staff at Island Owl are just fantastic people. Exactly a year ago I found myself in a tight spot when my dear old escape crapped the bed. I hadn't had payment on anything in over 9 years, so needless to say I was anxious to buy. JR and the staff were there to walk me through and got me into something that worked for our family. This last couple week I'd decided that we needed something bigger. They had a vehicle that was priced great, had everything I wanted and went as far as letting me test drive for multiple days to make sure it was the right fit! I honestly loved all the interactions and how dedicated the staff is at attending to the needs of thier customers. Huge shout out to JR and Dana, you both did everything you could possibly do to make this work! Thanks again!!

JR and his coworkers were quick to get me any information I asked for about the vehicle I enquired about. We ended up driving 1200km round trip to buy from JR as he made the experience easy and enjoyable. Will definitely be back in the future and recommend this dealership.

My 5 year warranty has long come and gone and any service done is going to cost $$. I only had a regular oil change done this time. I am always told what the mechanic recommends needs attention and I decide what gets done - based on cost. I did request an estimate for the repair of my passenger seat - that was forgotten, but no big deal. It can be done any time and elswhere. Service was friendly and timely. I was asked if I wanted my vehicle washed - which ..of course. Thank you!
