Contacted Island Owl after seeing a truck I was interested in on their website. Spoke with Tyler and he was very easy to deal with and eagerly obtained all the info I required. I was trading another vehicle so began sending info via text and email and quickly received a reasonable trade- in value. The owner and GM called me and dealt with me in a very straightforward fashion. I was somewhat skeptical having had some other bad experiences but was assured that if I came up to Campbell River the deal would remain the same. I did just that and as they said, the deal we had agreed upon remained the same. The process was quick and easy and very low pressure. What a difference from other car dealers. Excellent group of people. No strings attached.

Thank you to Ben & Ocho (aka Aaron) at Island Owl Truck & Auto Sales for making my husbandâs flashback in time auto fantasy come to modern day fruition! A few months ago my husband and I met with Ben to outline what it was that we were looking for as my husband wanted a sports car reminiscent of his youth that would still allow him to tote around our small children. A Challenger was required and we were quite colour specific. Ben and Ocho spent several months tracking down our magnificent beast and surprised us with its arrival and subsequently a long weekend test drive. We literally received a âfrom delivery to our residential front door, all the way down to perfect detailing of the automobile floor experienceâ. No stone was left unturned right down to programming of cell phone contacts. Credit approval took seconds, filling out the paperwork was a breeze, and âYaleâ as we have chosen to name her was washed and plated for us before we were even out of the showroom door! First class customer service all the way. No thought required on our end, now we just get to sit back and enjoy. Thank you boys!
