This is a great way to promote more business and letting customers write their own experience with Bath Fitter. Great presentation right from the start with James; my go to person with any questions or concerns is Cheryl. Just wish there was a FAQ sheet to help solve the basic question with the day to day. Great review website with real experience.

Cheryl and the team have been amazing to work with! Professional staff, reliable and ready to help with any questions we may have. They went the extra mile when we both went through a learning curving adapting the program to our system but the end result is an amazing tool that helps us grow our business and using social media to do so. The feedback we are able to receive helps us determine any areas for improvement as well as recognize employees that go above and beyond their role. Without this we could not be better than we were yesterday! Thank you for the excellent service and tool that helps us be the best in the industry! We all know that word of mouth is the best form of advertising and the review/referral program just proves that it works! Glad we had an opportunity to let others know as well! Customer's love it. We love it. Mobials has created a wonderful review program for Bath Fitter New Brunswick. Cheryl from Mobials has been incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. She has made learning the in's and out's of the system a breeze. We have referred many customers to take a look at jobs we have completed. It is easy to access via Facebook. These customers have commented on how nice it is to see current, consistently updated reviews from local installs. Mobials also helps us with our referral program. Customer's who have had Bath Fitter installed can share their experience on the internet and receive referral bonuses when their referrals buy a Bath Fitter as well. Mobials recently updated their software as they said they were doing. These updates are wonderful as I can now link both the installer and the estimator into the customers review. I am very happy with the user friendly program. I feel it is a wonderful way to help manage our reviews and advertise.

Adam Count is a gentleman and a scholar. His prowess as our Account Manager and his intellectual fortitude is only comparable to his ability to go above and beyond what is asked of him. He’s overcome any/all obstacles and provides my staff with encouragement and support. We truly wouldn’t be where we are without. Great Job Adam!
