Mobials Inc Review- Adam Court

Over the past couple months I have had the privilege working with Adam in regards to the Mobials Inc. During that time has added the benefit of being there through any phone calls even if on vacation or even returning a call promptly during the day. His professionalism and expertise has definitely help bring Parkway Honda's customer service to a higher level, and we certainly do appreciate the help and guidance Adam has provided. Jason Tessier

Adam has been assisting me since I have been assigned to manage the Parkway Honda mobials account. He has answered any questions I have ever had and he is very quick to respond to any message I leave for him. He has followed up with me to assure that I am understanding the service that mobials provides. It has been a pleasure working with adam since they day we came in contact!

Mobials is an excellent choice

We are using Mobials services for over a year now! Mobials provide - excellent and prompt customer service, - smooth backend support & integration - transparency Adam Court (Regional Sales Manager) is very patient, cooperative, dedicated and a very good consultant. In short Mobials is an excellent choice for reputation management!

Adam's Presentation on Mobials

Adam was very helpful and down to earth through the whole presentation and even after the presentation. He was very willing to spend extra time with me running through the Mobials product on his own time as I had missed some of his presentation proving great customer service. He also made things very clear and easy to understand while spending his time at the dealership. Thank you very much for the assistance Adam!

Though it took us a while getting each store set up, and knowing what they are doing when it comes to responding, Mobials has been a good platform. It is easy for customers to use, and has been getting quite a few responses. Adam has been great to deal with, and getting everything done that we need. Service has been prompt, and polite.
