Thankyou so much for helping us with our purchase of a Kia Telluride. We are so pleased with it and love driving it. Our experience at Stratford Kia was great. Everyone we met had a smile and a hello and asked how they could help us. Ravi our sales consultant was the best. He explained everything to us and answered all our questions right away. He was a very kind and respectful person and we felt very comfortable with him. Also Kenny was very helpful with the finance part of things. I have no problem recommending Stratford Kia to anyone and also would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future. Thanks for a good experience.

Fabulous car detailing by Ryad

My Kia forte was pretty messy/ dirty and I didn’t think it could look brand new. But Ryad’s excellent work got me a great trade in on another vehicle. And they got me in for detailing within 24 hours! Thx!

I would like to give a big thank you to the service team and parts manager Ryan as I'm a new customer who needed tires and Ryan gave me a great deal on the tires went in this morning to get tires on and when I got there staff very friendly and great personality and when I went to pick it up I was amazed at the great job they did and even gave me a welcome gift I'm definitely now getting all my service done there this is a dealership that I will definitely tell people about and service there vehicles great job stratford Kia u have a great new customer

Mike in the service department is wonderful. There was an issue with my car and Mike and his team not only came to pick up the vehicle but also dropped it off after it was fixed. They are professional and friendly and I would highly recommend Kia Stratford!

I enjoy bringing my vehicle here. I trust them to do the work properly and they always do. When we have ti stay there and wait the time goes fast because they have a tv, tea/coffee, and wifi of course.
