Amanda provided fast, friendly and courteous service. She listened to our wants and needs and made the deal happen for us. I will definitely deal with her and Stratford Kia again the next time I am in the market to buy a car!!

I had a great experience with Trent at Hudson's Stratford Kia. Arranged to test drive their 2019 Kia Optima SXL and everything went smoothly so I went ahead and purchased it. I did notice rumbling during braking and Trent got the rotors replaced for me andadded WeatherTech mats on the house. Once I went back to pick up the vehicle, I was able to test drive it to ensure everything was to my satisfaction before I drive it off the lot.Needless to say, I had a fabulous time with Trent and would highly recommend Hudson's Stratford Kia.

LOVE this dealership.Buying a car here is a completely different experience than buying a car at other localish Kia dealers and they are our choice, hands down, for future purchases. None of the shenanigans we've been subjected to elsewhere, and it only took an hour or two start to finish as opposed to the several half day marathons we dealt with elsewhere.Their service department has also been incredible in the last year since we started going to them. They greet us by name, they never seem put out or frustrated to see us, they've been very fair and accommodating with their recommendations and our requests.We have a mechanic in the family, but choose to visit Hudson's for our repair and maintenance needs -- that's how much we love the experience.

I went to purchase a vehicle here. When I arrived the used vehicle was marked up $500 from the posted ad. I was informed I would have to go find the ad, which he knew was posted but didn't want to validate. Then they made an incredibly low offer to trade in our vehicle, Kia london had offered DOUBLE what their offer was. We left immediately out of frustration. I called back on Friday evening and the manager Susie said she would see what she could do for us and would be able to call us first thing Saturday morning. The call never came. I waited until Tuesday morning waiting for a call back. I called in. Susie returned my call later in the day and stated she "handed the message off". So after promising a call back first thing in the morning not only did I not get a call back but they also informed me they sold the car later that weekend. So without a call back, which was suppose to be first thing in the morning and I was planning on picking up the vehicle, I ended up with nothing. Susie didn't even discuss another vehicle or helping me in any other way. It turns out Kia is just an awful place to try and deal with. I would never suggest this company for anything. They will not stick by their word. This is how they act. Awful service, zero integrity, untrustworthy and no regard for their customers.

Started out really good. We were dealing with Shelley. Shelley added on things we never asked for and we had to pay for. But then my husband called her and she started to completely lie to him, saying that she didnt say certain things but we had the text of the things she had said and she will not honour the verbal and written contract that she had made with me and my husband and then her response was well we got our money so its between us and the bank now. She was supposed to message back and give us details and she never did. I would have recommended it until then. Apparently you cant trust what they say
