We traded in a Rav for a Sedona last fall. Multiple issues will try and sum up.- items were left in the Rav (my mistake yes) messaged SR before partner even came home from getting kia, no resp. Was close to closing called dealership first thing in the am was assured that items would be retrieved and set aside. after 2 weeks of calling etc. Mgr told me the detail team threw items in trash they think aren't important. I would think at the least they would give owner a chance to retrieve (also I was told they would be set aside for me)- false advertising- van was sold and advertised as having remote start. We weren't given starter remote, had to hunt down rep was finally redirected to service mgr. Was told it didn't work. The fact we had to inquire and they were not upfront is upsetting.- solution offered was to have another remote start installed. Inquired why the other stopped working(did some research and read after market starters can cause issues) was told they need to do diagnostics test to find out why (idk y it wasn't done before) I offered to bring it in to have it done, was told it's too complicated and no I can have new one installed and that's it. I passed given the other stopped working and the van had unforseen issues.- van was ready 2 weeks later than it was supposed to be due to unforseen repairs that needed to be done. You would think they would inspect vehicles before posting for sale and selling to deem safe/operable.Def do not recommend. Family is a Toyota one, I only ever had Toyota's and will def not stray again.-
