Called to get a quote on Kia winter floor mats. Jason from parts said he would need to talk to the parts manager to see if he could price match Weathertech and call me back. Never called back. I called him again two days later and he said he is "too busy" to deal with my request. Jason said he would call back when he could and again did not. Brutal! That was two weeks ago! Thanks to Weathertech I now have nice custom fit mats. Will never buy a vehicle or parts from this dealership!

I just recently purchased a 2020 Forte GT, which happened to be the first one of that model from Stratford Kia. The sales staff and everyone else involved were amazing to deal with! Especially Steve, Trent and Shelly. They were able to find me my vehicle and have it ready for me in no time, which was a huge bonus. Not only were they all knowledgeable and very easy to talk to, they made you feel at ease and looked after! Recently I purchased a vehicle for my son. This was his first experience and it was and will be a memorable one for both of us. All employees involved in the sale were knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating (stayed late one night) and acted with a sense of urgency to meet our needs. Highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent customer service from John Leonard. John is not a high pressure salesman, which my wife and I really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased (Hyundai Santa Fe) and was able to answer all of our questions. John really cares about his customers, we've needed to contact him post-sale and he got back to us right away and went above and beyond what we expected him to do. I would buy form Hudson again just because of John.
