Hi There, We are sorry about the courtesy shuttle being delayed. Unfortunately, as we can not take a full van of passengers due to covid-19 protocols, and are only able to take 1-2 people at a time, we do have situations where the shuttle might be delayed if passengers are not comfortable riding with another person and also general delays if we are picking up someone from out of town. Right now being the busiest time of year for us being tire season, we are experiencing volume higher than normal to try and accommodate everyone. Our apologies for delaying your day. My experience is so bad with this dealership The manager was so rude, he don’t no how to deal with customers . He is also rude with there employees in front of us. Worst experience ever

WE HAD BOUGHT SO MANY CARS, BUT GOING HERE WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE, I RECOMMEND DO NOT DEAL WITH THEIR MANAGER, HE WAS SO SO SO SO RUDE.

Zero customer service, they said customers to leave, they show ni respect. staff is good but manager was super rude.

Hands down best experience I’ve had purchasing a car! Joe Ferguson was incredibly knowledgeable about everything the new car had to offer. It felt like a friend helping another friend, not a typical sales person. He understood my hesitancy with getting rid of my car and helped me fall in love with all that a new 2022 had to offer. The whole purchasing experience was so quick and painless I would do it over and over again. I can’t wait to show off my new car and send more people Joe’s way!

My wife and I bought a new CRV last month from Joe Ferguson. Joe was great to deal with, we spoke over the phone before coming in, right off the bat he gave us the best price he could. No sitting down for an hour going back and forth about the the price or anything. We even looked around to see if anyone could match his price and no other Honda dealer could come close. It was amazing not having to play hardball for every small detail about the price. I would highly recommend giving Joe a call if your in the market for a new Honda.
