Great and friendly staff in Service! Went in for a recall, which they managed to squeeze me in on a day that I just happened to be off from work. Which needed to be done, before the parts arrived appointment was booked and all set. Then check engine light cam on and I dropped it off a few days before appointment. They managed to get the work done including the recall a day earlier then it was scheduled for. I'm thinking I will be bringing my car here more often as I usually do the work myself. I rely on my car (driving about 100K per year) and I have never come across any service department like the one @ Henley Honda. You guys do a great job in communicating everything as well, Would recommend you to anyone with a Honda in the Niagara area!

Waited until our warranty was up before telling us a part needed replacing even though we were in multiple times to temporarily fix the issue. NEVER take their shuttle service as they will just make a time up and come nowhere close to arriving on time.

I stopped by Henley a week ago, and it was purely to check a comparison car before my wife signed on another vehicle. Walking in was instantly greeted pleasantly. We were given our space to view and only was asked if we had any questions. When we saw the car we were interested in, we met with Dan and there was nothing but amazing, genuine love for the Honda brand, nothing sounded scripted or "car salesman" like. Though we did not leave with a vehicle, I'm fairly positive we are going back to get it anyway. I don't leave reviews generally but when you are made to feel this comfortable, it's kind of hard not too. Thank you Dan and folks at Henley Honda!

I was told when I booked my tire change my car would be there for up to 90 minutes. When I arrived was told they had no record of my appointment. Then I was told my car would be there for most of the day. I had booked this appointment 2 weeks prior. My husband also had brought his car in to be done right after mine. In the end my car was done in two hours. For first time at dealership first impression not the best.

So very appreciative of the kind, courteous and knowledgeable team at Henley Honda. Service was top notch and they were able to assist me with any question, comment or concern that I had. A usual stressful purchase was made so very easy, with nothing but confidence moving forward. Highly recommend this dealership for your current or future car needs.

Had such a great experience at the dealership! What I was anticipating to be a stressful and hard process, was actually the exact opposite! Everyone made sure that all my questions and needs were taken care of at an exceptional manner! I left feeling at ease and with the knowledge that everything was handled and I just had to wait for my vehicle to come in! Could not have had a better time with Dan! Thank you for making it a hassle free process!
