Great sales staff! Javier and Dan made the whole process easy and non stressful. The whole process of trading in my old vehicle and into a new 2021 CRV took a little over a week. Javier took the time to go over the car with me and showed me all the features. Todd in finance was also great and made the paperwork process as easy as it can be. 10/10 would highly recommend!

When I went into Henley Honda to test drive the CRV, I had such a great experience. Brayden was very helpful, from start to finish, and I could not be happier with the vehicle I purchased. This was my first time buying a car on my own, and Brayden made the whole process straightforward and seamless. Brayden helped me to choose the right vehicle for me, and I am very grateful for all of the information he provided throughout the process. I feel confident in the choice I made with the CRV sport, and I am very happy with how everything went!

I was recently stranded while driving on vacation. I pulled into Henley Honda in St Catherines and was treated like a Queen. Alec Bartosik greeted me in the bay and got right to work finding a solution to my car problems. When it was discovered that it was unsafe for me to drive, Shamil Becharbhai, the service operations manager was on the phone with Honda Canada right away. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I had a rental car for free and my car was towed on a flatbed 3 hours home. I was able to continue on my holiday stress free. I can’t thank Henley Honda and Honda Canada enough for the expert service and support!

Our first car from Henley Honda was a 2012 Odyssey bought in 2011. Now, a 2022 Civic bought in 2021. Ten years apart and yet both cars parked next to each other in the driveway. Thank you guys for the great service, especially Joe, Dan and Alex.

The employees are absolutely amazing at Henley Honda, My experience began with Dan C, who was very accommodating and booked my appointment to trade in my civic, when I arrived Dan took time to understand what it was I was looking to do, he then introduced me to Javier who helped me to find a CRV that would suit my needs. My experienced finished with Todd in finance who was great, very kind and very patient when explaining every detail. Overall if you are going to Henley Honda make sure you ask for Javier or Dan for trade ins and new cars and most definitely ask for Todd to finish off your amazing experience in the finance department!

The parts for my recall appointment that was scheduled over a week ago were sent to another dealership? They did not inform me about this until I was at the service desk at the dealership! Extremely unprofessional. I had arranged this day which now cost me a day off for no reason. They service person at the desk told me they would call me next week to tell me when to come in. This does not work well with anyone who has a schedule of there own. Now I have to wait for the dealership to tell me when I can come in and take another day off! I strongly DO NOT recommend this dealership! I love Honda! But not the unprofessional service! Update: After making a formal complaint to Honda Canada, my recall parts were expedited and then arrived at the dealership. I booked an appointment and the recall was completed. This time the staff was courteous and very professional! I would now recommend this dealership to anybody. Love my HRV!
