I don’t typically ever write bad reviews but go to Welland Honda, that’s all I can say. It’s worth the drive especially if you’re a young driver because it seems the sales staff will not take you seriously otherwise at lake street Honda. You guys lost out on a brand new car purchase 2 years ago when I bought my 2019 civic with the extra warranty because your sales staff ignored me on two different occasions when I was there shopping for a new car. I have also had my belongings thrown around in my car and small things broken when taking my car in for a recall here. I will not being going back.
