This is my second time buying a brand new car from Henley Honda and I wouldn't to anywhere else! The staff is amazing! Javier and Todd were fantastic and made buying our new Honda CRV-V a breeze! They were informative and friendly which made the process stress free! We appreciate their help and support as we upgraded our family vehicle. Thank you so much for your help! I bought my car, an Honda Odyssey, in May this year, the salesmen was Javier, for him I am giving 5 stars, he was amanzing with us, however the car had a lot of issues and Henley didn't solve those issues, even I left there more than once, the people that work at parts service is everything less profissional. I bought a pre-owned certificate car and after a long history (that I won't write here because is unbelievable) to try solve all issues my car went to Honda at the Queensway in Etobicoke and after a week and more 1500$ spent (Honda paid all costs) in pieces, a lot of security testes, they gave me my car, finally, and without any noise but they changed almost everything, I was so mad at the time ( because of all this situation and also because I had a baby a few days ago) that I thought to return the car but at Honda in Queensway they told me to not do that, not at that time after they spent all time and money with my car because they really cared to solve the problems and put my car almost as new taking all safe responsabilities because before that my car was not safe, even in Henley Honda new that I am a mother of 3 children ( 2 years, 1 year and a newborn ) actually I did a complaint to the Ministry of Transportation because of that. So, at the end if someone ask me if I recomend Henley Honda, I will say NO, for sure. Was the only bad experience with a car in my all life. For me,they are not reliable, unfortunately , they just don't care.

We did everything to fix it once we were made aware of them, but since you lived so far away, we tried to make things easier for you by communicating with a dealer closer to home. We tried our best to minimize the inconvenience by getting you into a rental as soon as possible and to pay for any costs associated with that. Unfortunately, we cannot predict future issues with a vehicle and can only do our best when issues arise. We feel terrible that we didn't meet your expectations and will keep trying to do better. You can get the best service here for your vehicle, they genuinely want to help you. Shamil is the service manager and he has done so much for my husband’s car and my car in terms of extending coverages. He is honestly the best!

I got my first Civic with Henley Honda and loved it so it was an easy choice to come back. Brayden handled my first trade so well and made me feel confident in my choices. It can sometimes be overwhelming dealing with cars but I felt like my needs and wants were take seriously. I am in LOVE with my 2021 Civic and just want to give a shot out to how amazing the Henley team is. Biggest thank you to Brayden and Todd for helping me get into my new civic. You two rock!
