Henley Honda

We recently purchased a 2020 Civic Hatchback at Henley Honda. On the one hand, it shouldn't be hard to buy a car. On the other hand, we've owned a number of Hondas and have had a variety of experiences. I found the staff at Henley to be knowledgeable and able to find reliable answers when necessary, and not pushy (that's definitely key). Brayden and Todd were very helpful. We especially appreciated that they went the extra mile to accommodate our slightly (maybe more than slightly) cranky toddler. I would say that the best compliment I can give is that we'd have no hesitation to go back when we are in the market for a new or used vehicle. I can't speak to Henley's Service Department, as we have yet to take any of our vehicles to them. We will probably cautiously venture in for the first oil change to see how things go.

Bought a 2021 CRV Touring last week and had a great experience with Brayden. Brayden was very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I went in to test drive a CRV and came out with a new vehicle! Todd Wong (Financial Services) made our purchase so seamless and easy. I highly recommend Henley Honda for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

I had the Pleasure to meet Brayden, a Automotive Represenative in Sales, when I called he told me about the great offers Honda was offering. Brayden took the time to listen, helped arrange the finance, looked at my existing vehicle and included everything I had plus more for a lower price. He is a fun, polite and caring Represenative that will not only look after your needs, but will take care of the customer afterwards for service or family sales. I will be purchasing my new vehicles from him in the future and refer all my friends and family . Thank you Henley Honda for hiring such a great represenative of your company.

Just bought a new 2020 accord hybrid, saw it online and set up an appointment to go view it with Javier. He was great knew all about the car and was able to answer any questions I had. Didn’t feel pressured, was just given options and time to decide. After I did decide to get it, Todd in the financial department went over everything and took care of it all from there. Both guys were awesome and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Brayden was excellent with recalling what features I wanted in a car, and provided me all the numbers and specs so that I could make an informed decision. Nothing was left out, and there were no surprises. Todd helped me with the financial paperwork and went above and beyond! Everything was explained and all of my questions were answered. I would recommend Honda, Brayden and Todd to anyone! What an amazing experience!!!
