Just spoke the used car manager Dan Ruccolo. Possibly the worst conversation I've had with a human being. Just rude and terrible attitude towards a customer. His salesman then proceeded to say he doesn't like speaking to people. A used car manager...not like speaking to people...who want to purchase a vehicle from their dealership. Glad I won't be back here.

I'm beyond greatfull and satisfied with Henley Honda. I have a brand new 2021 pilot and Vanessa is my new service girl, she went above and beyond for me when welland Honda gave me the run around with my stress crack windshield. I contacted her, she saw me same day to view my car and evaluated everything. Within a few days got my windshield replaced threw warranty seamlessly the way it should be. No fuss no confusion no running around no phone tag just great costumer service! Hands down she definitely knows her job and is great at it! Again highly recommend Henley Honda ask for Vanessa I'm officially switched over from welland Honda where I purchased my car she's worth the drive hassle free there for you and your vehicle needs!

I have been proud customer for Henley Honda since 2016. Two days back i bought my 5th Honda car. Its 2022 Honda Odyssey. My family and me are extremely satisfied with the service. Here I definitely mention some Names. Todd Wong - He always happy to find best financial solution for us and his suggestions are really helpful. Dan Chamberlin - Always ready to give good deals to their customer and try to make you happy with your deal !!! Joe - He has extraordinary knowledge of all Vehicles which they offer at their dealership. All above people at the dealership makes homely environment and looks like they are your family.
