Just purchased our new 2021 CRV from Henley Honda in St. Catharines. We dealt with Dan and Janvier. They were amazing to work with! Sean is a great finance manager as well! This purchase was the easiest and most professional transaction we have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. Dan and Janvier were the reason for that! When we picked up the vehicle Janvier was every detailed in showing us al the features in the car. He tolerated my husbands humor and my questions! We recommend Henley Honda and will tell all of our friends about the great experience we had. We will go back to Henley when we need to purchase another vehicle!

My recent trade in from a 2018 to 2021 was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Brayden and Sean were extremely helpful and informative. Brayden didn't hold back getting me everything I asked for, from a lower payment to mud flaps!!! (the mud flaps he surprised me with) I went into the trade appointment with very little expectations that I would receive everything I was asking for. Brayden gave me so many extra features with my new car at no extra cost!! He truly listened to all my demands and made them happen without hesitation without batting an eye, without breaking a sweat! I couldn't be more excited about my new car and the way he handled everything was beyond my expectations. Sean Moffat handled all my financing needs with extreme professionalism and class! He explained everything to me and answered all my questions, handled all the paperwork and even got me in my new car the next day! I love my 2021 Honda Civic LX and I really enjoyed my experience at Henley Honda on Lake street. To say those 2 guys were amazing is an understatement!!! Thank you so very much Brayden and Sean!!!!

My team at Henley Honda was amazing at getting us into our new vehicle! Dan the “Deal or no Deal” man, made us an offer we couldn’t refuse! As far as customer service...Brayden and Javier were tops on service and communication to make sure my timing was on point and very close attention to details. Then...our Finance guy Todd! Preowned Sales Consultant Art showed us a number of cars, was very patient and helpful, and made the purchasing process easy and understandable. Then, Todd in Finance walked us through the payment process and pulled all the strings to make sure everything went through in a timely and organized fashion. The experience was a highly positive one and I am glad I chose Henley Honda in St. Catharines.

I purchased my first brand new car from Henley Honda, Erin Sammy and Todd Wong were great at helping me every step of the way. If you need a car I would recommand Erin or Todd they are fantastic !

I went into Henley Honda to purchase a Honda hrv for my mother and had the best experience with Erin Sammy and Todd Wong as my sales and finance representatives, I am actually a Honda Accord owner who bought there car from Hamburg Honda but had a terrible time there and switched over to Henley for all my services. I have nothing but great things to say about them if you are looking to buy a car check them out and ask for Aaron or Todd they will treat you right !!!

Great service. I went to a few Honda Dealers to see what the service was like and Henley Honda was by far the best. Looking for a Sales rep that is honest and listens to what you are looking for ask for Javier.
