It has always been a great experience dealing with Henley Honda for our last 5 purchases. Joe Ferguson, the sales rep and Todd Wong, the Business Manager make the experience very easy and smooth. Not your typical stressful car buying experience. If you need a new car, go to Henley Honda and deal with these great people.

Our first experience with purchasing a car at Henley Honda was very positive. Javier and Todd were amazing to work with and were a great team. Javier was extremely helpful, an active listener, patiently answered all our questions, easy to talk with and offered expert advice while not applying pressure to buy. We would definitely recommend contacting Javier regarding your new car purchase. It was a pleasure working with Javier and Todd.

UPDATE* got into an accident audi refused to help me out went to honda Sean came and got me approved in no time for an audi they happen to receive s5 got to leave in my dream car and i have Honda and sean and erin to thank for it best group hands down go NOW AND GET YOUR CAR . If you want a place with honstly great staff awesome attitude and positive attitude. A place that wont "force" your hand into making a commitment and allows you to take your time go to Henley Honda. From the moment we walked in receptionist was welcoming and bright and happy attitude. Then our sales person Daniel chatted with us about our horrible experience at another dealership (due to bad management) he right away found us what we were looking for let us take it our for a test drive nice and long no rush he then sat with us we told him what our budget was at and he worked hard to bring it to that level. Now we moved over to Sean the financial service and let me tell you what an amazing person if i ever met one. He worked hard and help us out it wasnt about push rust proof this and add paint protection to this. He spoke with us explained the details showed us step by step everything on a tablet for us to follow and understand these are the types of people who make sure you dont feel forced and make sure you feel comfortable with this big decision about buying a car. They dont just see $$$ i highly recommend you check them out im definitely making sure all my servicing and other buys are done at this Honda and no where else.

Great customer service, but i repaired my car ac a month ago and they repaired it for free because it is still on a warranty period. But now it has the same complaint. One more time i am telling i love the way they treat customers. They give me a free ride to my home and also said they can arrange a ride to the showroom for picking up the car.

We recently bought a new vehicle at Henley Honda. The whole team gave my wife and I absolutely exceptional service. I wanted to trade in my Acura for a brand new Honda CR-V, and Brayden Roszl did everything to make that happen. In our opinion he went above and beyond the norm. We have purchased many cars in the past, and this is the first time we have gotten impeccable service. I know that it is not only Brayden who made this experience, but also Sean in finance. He helped to explore all of our options in order for us to be completely covered. Styling and profiling " Rick Flair shout out". Lets not forget Vanessa in service that meets you with a smile on her face and looks after all your care needs. We are extremely happy with the Honda Family and our brand new car. Maybe other new car dealers need to take note. Thanks so much Brayden, Sean and Vanessa.

Brought my vehicle to get my nozzle replaced that I had ordered 2 months ago. Not only did they not follow up on my order, I had to call them only to find out that the order wasn’t even started. Brought the car in to get serviced at 1030am and called them at 3pm only to find out that the car hasn’t even been started. Excuse after excuse. The manager phoned back saying they are busy, no courtesy call was made. Beyond irritated and absolutely insulted at the fact that they did not call me to even let me know. Respect people’s time and business.

When my old trusty '05 honda finally kicked the bucket, I knew I'd be going to Henley Honda for my next purchase. My mom and sister both purchased new cars here previously, and the service provided is unparalleled. Joe assisted my family in finding the perfect cars for them, and did so for me too. He was honest, patiently answered my 1000 questions, and I never felt any pressure to make a decision. Also, I love that the service doesn't end with just purchasing a vehicle. Joe has been so awesome in helping out my family members with any questions and concerns long after their vehicle purchases, so you know customer satisfaction matters and it isn't just a sale. Also, shout out to Todd in the financing department, he was so transparent and awesome in explaining the not only the financial aspects of a car purchase, but also how I can best maintain my new baby. Great team!!

Henley Honda was amazing to deal with. The staff is professional and courteous. They went above and beyond with helping me with purchasing my new 2021 Honda Passport. I would like to mention specifically Braydon Roszl .. he is your go to guy for a car, he knows his product and super great to deal with. Also Todd Wong made the financial side of buying a car as smooth as could be. Honda is lucky to have these two employees on their team. Thank you from a very happy customer.

Incredibly disappointed in the service received. Never again. Booked an appointment with the service center as my trunk wouldn't close and I could no longer open the gas tank. Assumed snapped cable. They charged me for an hour's work ($120) to confirm the trunk won't close and the release latch at driver side doesn't work, even though this was demoed in 5 minutes during drop off. Parking lot was a mess. Unaware of issues with Android 11 that's captured on Honda's forum. Recommended $1000+ service that wasn't needed - I know because I had it done last month. There really needs to be a rating lower than 1 star.

Our Honda Technician had to remove the panels to determine if this issue was due to the latch, release cable, binding with the cable, etc. We didn't want to risk guessing the issue was with the cable, replacing it and realizing it was with the latch as this would have made your Service more costly.
