Loved the loaner but wished it was an upgrade from my current suv Otherwise they did a great job with the oil change. The free exterior wash and interior cleaning was a nice surprise.

I have been a Tony Graham customer for well over 10 years now. This was the first time at lexus. Tan Vo was amazing. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable.
