I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this dealership. Was treated like a kid when I walked in, I booked a couple test drives and the sales rep was hesitant at first to let me drive the vehicles. Had someone with me to test drive the vehicles who witnessed the whole thing and couldn't believe the way the sales rep treated us. Staff need to be taught to be respectful to clients and respond to their emails for inquiries. I'll take my business to a different dealership any day other than here. Would not do business with and already doing business with a different dealer who believes in treating customers right. Avoid

For several weeks prior to availability, Tan Vo at Tony Graham Lexus helped out with a lot of questions I had about the 2023 Lexus RX350 hybrid. We exchanged emails, phone calls and a couple of visits. We then put a deposit down (to secure our "turn") sight-unseen. When the RX was finally available for test drives, my wife and I took the opportunity to really assess if this was the SUV for us. We concluded that it was not but I have to say that Sales Rep Tan Vo was truly helpful, professional and dedicated. It truly was a pleasure to deal with him and the TG Lexus Team.

Had a 9am appointment to install new tires. Car didn’t go into the shop until 9:30am. Took over 2 hours to install tires and wash the car. I was waiting outside for them to finish, watched one of the technicians take my car for a test drive (this is normal to make sure the tires were installed properly) except he accelerated as fast as he could, redlining the RPMs. My custom exhaust and cold air intake are not an open invitation to drive my car like a race car.

Accelerating quickly to complete the road test is something that you and I agree on; this should never happen and it will be rectified internally.
