If anyone is thinking of buying a Lexus ( or any other Toyota vehicle) Ottawa area , Yan Ma at Tony Graham Lexus is your sales person. She took great care of us with our Lexus RX 350H, it was seamless , she explained everything in detail and always kept us to date with delivery times and made the pick up seamless and a great experience. While we were waiting for our Lexus to arrive in late March , we had our Dodge truck stolen in January and Yan went way beyond and sourced a new 2023 Toyota Tacoma also to be delivered in Late March. She did this while we were finishing our vacation and when we returned all was in order to secure the replacement. Her professionalism is outstanding, she answered all our questions, responded timely, went out of her way to make sure we got what we were looking for and satisfied with our purchases. She made us feel so comfortable looking for new vehicles she went over and beyond any expectations and we are so very grateful to have her look after our vehicle purchases.

I am the official florist that provides the roses that are given out to those who go and try out their vehicles as a thank you for coming by. I think this gesture says alot about a car dealership. Going that extra mile goes a long way. Micheal The Designer's Wflowers approved. The staff are all so nice as well.

I had a great experience with Chris in the service department & Tony working in the shop. Originally brought my car in for new tires + TPMS sensors. They ended up discovering some issues that I was initially skeptical of. However, they showed me every single issue while the car was on the lift. Although I know the parts and service at dealerships are far more expensive than a local bodyshop, I really value that they were transparent and actually showed me the repairs needed.

Staff out and out lied when my car was ready on top of that the 800 bill teaxed in that I was told ended up being over 1200 Tried to tell me I had a wiring issue. It simply needed a new headlight other Lexus dealer fixed it.. More people should complain to the Better Business Bureau. I tried to make contact with the manager multiple times and make complains. The business is completely obtuse.
