After my car died on me suddenly, the sales team at Kia helped get me into a new car that worked with my budget, Hussein, Mike & sunny were a huge help! Big shout out to Hussein for moving mountains to get me a deal that worked around my situation!! Thanks again guys!!

The sales experience was really good. The service experience was absolutely horrible that I did once a year ago where they took 9 hours to change tires when they told me no more than 2, called three times for updates and it still took an outrageous amount of time. Now they call EVERY 2 weeks asking me to do service there. And in the past 11 DAYS they’ve CALLED THREE TIMES. If I don’t pick up for the literal 40 past times you’ve called, maybe stop calling? I’ve had psycho ex girlfriends call less times than this car dealer.

I just want to preface this by saying I would have easily given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the awful business manager. My salesman was Younes- he was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my daughter and he made her feel included. He got me a great price on a 2015 Jeep compass and I’m nothing but happy with the service I had received from him. As well as all the other salesmen on the floor- they were all so friendly and kind. When it came time to pay for the vehicle I was put in the room with the financial manager (middle office)- and he was incredibly rude. He tried to push an extended warranty onto me - which I politely told him I didn’t need. He then said “you know cars have a lot of parts right?” Talking to me like I was stupid. I said I’m aware and I don’t need the warranty. He followed by saying “Have you ever owned a car before”. I know I was receiving this treatment because I was a young female shopping - and he figured he could take advantage of me and talk me into the warranty. When I again said no, he was very cold. No hand shake, no congratulations on the new car. Nothing. The situation left me very uncomfortable and ruined the new car shopping experience. I made sure to let Younes know when I picked up the car and he made me feel heard and acknowledged that it wasn’t acceptable behaviour. I was told it would be escalated as well. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a consistent issue. May be time to look into a management change.
