Wow as a first time car buyer this experience was very awesome. The people there are so amazing and so helpful. Had a great experience at Kia. Would recommend them to anyone!!

I had a disappointing experience with Sunny Chadha, the financial manager at this Kia dealership. Unfortunately, I found him to be less than honest about the extended warranty options. There were multiple inconsistencies in the information he provided, and despite my efforts to reach out to him for clarification, he never responded. I advise future customers to be very careful when dealing with him. Make sure to double-check all the details and do not take everything at face value. Trust is essential, and unfortunately, that was lacking in my experience.

Bank St. Kia was amazing! I cannot recommend them enough, our experience was nothing but fantastic. Extremely friendly staff, always there to help with all questions. Hussein and Ralph were wonderful to work with! Thank you, Bank St. Kia team!

Excellent experience! We have purchased multiple vehicles from Bank Street Kia and the service has always been exceptional! Our Salesperson, Michael and the Finance Manager Ralph were both incredibly helpful, informative and personable.

***DO NOT BUY OR HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! ***** ***edit as of 12:55pm 08/12/24 - only by means of a scathing review would the service manager finally call back. If Pat is the service manager he should be demoted or released immediately. Completely dismissive and unapologetic and a flat out liar . I have spoken to other kia service centers in the city about the service process. Would give 0 or minus stars if was possible. Brought soul in for oil change and the passenger side fender skirt was not put back on properly. The thing was flapping against the tire on the Queensway and was eroding to the point that it got pulled behind the tire and had to be cut off on the side of the queensway this past Thursday evening. No mention of missing hardware or that it was not connected properly neither verbally nor on the invoice. Emailed Thursday night and got a reply overnight that they'd be expecting my call. Called numerous times Friday, no answer at service and left numerous messages. No return call. Called today again no answer left a message and doubt I'll receive a call back. Kia parts says this skirt costs approximately $300 including the hardware. No chance in hell I'm paying that. **Edit- we received a recall notice in the mail today as well....... Interesting. Transport Canada reported the seat heater issue on June 26th. So over a month went by before receiving correspondence about it... fair enough. But according to the service invoice dated more than a month later, it clearly states no recalls of any kind were present for it. What? Also , the cherry on top....another envelope from your dealership containing an ad card in promotion to buy a new car..... Is this some kind of a joke? Seriously though....is it?
