I had my Kia 2023 sportage serviced at Kia bank street. Exceptional service by Leo my service technician and assistant. I had a major trip coming up and suddenly my engine light glowed, Leo assisted me with the right advisory and accomldated me ahead of my trip to get my car serviced. Uber pick up and drop.off service is a plus add on too. Highly recommend to get your car service here. Much much much better service than Kia 417 , I didn't like their service at all. @LEO - Thank you for all the assistance buddy.

i’ve left these people a voicemail many times regarding a recall letter i received in the mail & nobody has EVER called me back. such rude customer service. will not be coming to you thats for sure. go to the kia on West Hunt club you’ll receive better treatment there.

Avoid this dealer with added fees! I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with DILAWRI Bank Street Kia when leasing a 2024 KIA Telluride SX Limited. Initially, they seemed promising, claiming "We have no dealership fees $0" via text message and phone. This contrasted favorably with my local dealer, who added unnecessary fees. However, the actual transaction was fraught with issues: 1. They made an error in my name on the initial agreement. 2. On the day of finalizing the deal, they significantly increased the vehicle price and estimated residual value without clear explanation. 3. The finance manager was reluctant to provide a printed copy of the agreement, insisting I view it on their monitor. 4. When I pointed out discrepancies, they claimed the initial agreement was void due to the name error. 5. When I considered backing out, they offered to refund my deposit by check rather than to my original payment card, which was inconvenient. 6. Most egregiously, despite verbal assurances of no dealer fees, they included a $599 admin fee, which I unfortunately missed in the initial agreement. While I eventually got the car, the experience left much to be desired. The lack of transparency, attempts to change agreed-upon terms, and inclusion of hidden fees were deeply disappointing. If you decide to do business with DILAWRI Bank Street Kia, be vigilant: - Insist on reviewing printed documents - Double-check all figures, especially comparing initial and final agreements - Verify your personal information is correct - Be wary of verbal promises that aren't reflected in writing While the 2024 KIA Telluride SX Limited is an excellent vehicle, the dealership's practices overshadowed what should have been an exciting purchase. Buyer beware!
