I can't recommend Bank Street Kia enough. This is my third vehicle purchase from Bank Street, and they continue to impress. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly focused on customer satisfaction. They make the car buying process very enjoyable. The entire experience was exceptional. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect car for me. Ralph made the financing process smooth and stress-free. This dealership truly values customer service, and it shows. From start to finish, I felt valued and respected.
