The Sales team at Bank St KIA were absolutely wonderful, Ziad, Sunny and Moe's ( Sales Manager). This is my sixth vehicle that I'm buying from KIA and will come back next to purchase another.

Went in for a maintenance and the employees were very friendly and helpful! Mike and Hussein the sales representatives were also extremely informing when it came to potentially switching my car to a telluride! Customer service is all about providing for the customer and ensuring they leave on a good note. They did that and more, thank you gentlemen as my experience here is always wonderful and easy.

I went into the dealership skeptical but upon entering, Hussein one of the sales representatives greeted me and informed me on the deals they were having. I discussed my interests to him and he was not only supportive but ensuring I was comfortable and answered any questions I had! All in all my experience with Kia on bank street was superb, thank you and if I need another car in the near future I will know where to go!

Terrible sales service! So bad it made us even rethink our vehicle choice! When we phoned, we were told that there were two of the vehicles that we wanted on the lot. When we arrived, there was one with the trim that we wanted, and it had been sold already, leaving the next model up from that as the only option. We weren’t told that over the phone. There was no offer to look for inventory elsewhere or incoming inventory over the next few weeks. They just kept repeating that these cars were flying off the lot. After some deliberation we decided that we wanted to test drive the model that was on the lot even if it was a modest upgrade. The sales person went to speak with the manager and came back and asked us if we were committed to the numbers on that model. I responded that I wanted to test drive it first before making any commitment. He then told me that his manager was very strict and 3 times repeated that if we ‘weren't committed to the numbers’ for that vehicle, the manager didn't want to let us test drive it and put extra kms on the car. I get it but this isn’t an expensive sports car or a luxury car. It’s a Kia Forte for Pete’s sake!! :( I insisted on being able to test drive before I made any commitment or even considered negotiating the vehicle. I've never in my life dealt with anything like that at a dealership. It was cold and awkward despite liking the vehicle itself. Even when the sales person was not able to negotiate the numbers with us after going back-and-forth to the manager on duty, I was asked if I could go to the managers office instead of him coming out to see me!! Uhmm… Was it lost on them that we were going to spend $30,000+ in hard earned money in their dealership? I ended up going to his office, he didn’t stand up to greet me, I extended my hand first to shake his, and sat down in front of him, and my adult son who was actually the one wanting to buy the car ended up standing in the doorway for the rest of that conversation. Everything about the experience was unprofessional, and in really poor taste. If that's the way, we are treated before we even buy the car, I can't imagine the complete disregard we would receive after purchasing. It completely turned us off and we walked out. We couldn’t have been less interested in dealing with them at that point! Delawri needs to look at the management of this place - It’s certainly not like that at some of their other dealerships - Hyundai on Hunt Club for example could show them a thing or two about excellent customer service!! Maybe they should send the staff at Bank st Kia to a customer service boot camp at Hyundai on Hunt Club as part of their employee training plan! Never again - no way!

Be wary of service department. Went to pick up a set of tires and they served me at the counter in the garage. At the same time a mechanic brought in a car from the lot driving very quickly, somewhat drifted in and the tires screeched on the floor. Then they proceeded to rev the engine pulling into the service bay... and I'm sure they charged top dollar for whatever service they had done. This is how they treat your vehicle people.

My wife and I were very interested in one of the vehicles in stock. The 2 salesmen Mike and Hussein were excellent. Super helpful. Everything went downhill the moment we went into the Finance Managers office. He was super pushy, arrogant, condescending and would not take NO for an answer over the extended warranty products. He is the reason that car buying has become such a hassle. I look forward the day we can buy online and avoid the dealer experience completely.
