The work was completed within the timeframe suggested. I found Mandy to be professional, efficient, and knowledgeable as it pertained to the work completed as well as concerning a new issue that was discovered. She was able to offer options for my consideration which was very much appreciated.

I drove home in a snow storm and my wipers stopped working. I had a mechanic look at ti and he said that he called Toyota to find out that my wipers were on recall, I received no notice of recall. I called Toyota, they suggested coming in the next day, but they could only temporarily fix the wipers(couldn't guarantee that it won't happen again, scary for me and a bog safety concern). I did go in the very next morning, waited 2.5 hours and they could not tell me when the part was coming in or even an estimated timeframe. The person we originally purchased the car from said don't worry Shelley, trade it in and get a new one, that will solve this problem. Unacceptable service. Although, we are in the process of purchasing a new one, this was not the best approach or statement. We have purchased two from this dealer, however, we will we will not be purchasing our third from here. The customer service we received from here was unacceptable. I asked for a follow up call, however, didn't receive that either and there has been no follow up since(will be two weeks on Friday) and then I get this email about providing feedback. I hope that this can be resolved. I have been a very loyal Toyota customer, especially to this dealership (Kempt Road, Halifax, NS), however, am not confident in their service now and will be looking elsewhere. Thank you. I have been a satisfied customer with Oregans' for 12 years. I am a widow and the staff(no matter what department) are always so helpful and explain things well. I really appreciate the relationship I have ,especially with the Service Department . They accommodate me ,even in emergencies , with a caring manner.
