My last service and the purchase of snow tyres which were balanced and mounted.

I was given a time for the work to be done. It was completed in the time. The attendant was quite gracious, making me aware of a refund on the tyres and providing me with the necessary forms and instructions for filling them out. It was a very good experience and one with I am becoming to expect at O''Regan's.

Staff were receptive , courteous, informative regarding the work (recall maintenance check on door locks) to be done, and timely - work was completed within the timeframe given at outset. All my questions were answered when the car was ready. Staff were professional and polite. An all round pleasant experience.

The work on my car was done in approximately one hour, but because the work was menu items I was required to pay the labour charge for each service , which when totalled amounted to 345.00/hour. This policy ,if applied to all repairs would make repair work unaffordable for many car owners. It could total 2760.00 per 8 hour shift. This is a very excessive charge out rate. The repairs on the car are a separate item. They were well done , somethiing a custormer would expect from your service centre. Derrill Hynick

I had to call roadside assistance twice in 36 hours (battery) and the guy was great, diagnosing the problem accurately, even when I was sceptical.
