I was given the information and time to make my choice, which has worked out very well.

I knew that I needed to buy a car, but I wasn't sure about what to get. Glenn Churchill patiently and respectfully helped me to think through what was the best choice for me. Although I test drove cars from other dealerships, I finally decided on a Toyota Corolla. The price was competitive, I received the extras I asked for, and I am enjoying my new car. Michele MacMillan helped me to decide on the method of payment that works best for me. I always felt comfortable and welcome when visiting the dealership, and I was encouraged to come back if I have questions or problems.

The staff are very friendly and professional. Carl Butler was very attentive and worked hard to provide me with a car that met my needs. The service department staff go the extra mile to ensure timely and effective service. I have been a client of Toyota East Halifax for more than 25 years - not just because of the great reputation of Toyotas but because of the staff, both in sales and service.

example: I had rust on the inside of my truck along floor even the oregen's body repair person confirmed that it is inside the truck and has seen it many times with the Tacoma truck. I had to endure the rolling of the eyes and telling me in so many terms I don't know what I am talking about. I know it is not a easy job to be a service rep but that is the job they decided to do.

employee was polite and dealt with me upon my arrival. Explained what needed to be done on my car and quoted the prices. Work was finished in a timely fashion.

An scheduled service after my car started making a whirling sound. They took my car in a half hour later on a Saturday and had me back on the road soon after. Also did my oil and filter since it was nearly due to save me a trip back.

The service call ended up being a lot more than we expected when we took our car in for service after an accident. The service people took it all in stride and kept us informed every step of the way. The turnaround time toward the end was actually sooner than we had originally anticipated.
