When I gave my car to service, I am not happy with your service and they didn’t even wash my car.

It was our first time at an Audi dealership. The staff was helpful and friendly. Blair was very attentive to our needs although my wife and i were only there to look, he managed to find the ideal car for us. Great looking and great price.

From the time I met Jeff on the Dealership website to meeting in person, my entire experience with Audi West on Hunt Club was "first class". The service was professional and personal (they were genuinely interested in making sure I ended up with the vehicle I wanted). I am enjoying my Q8.

Go see Jeff Broughton at Audi West, such a knowledgable and friendly guy! After test driving a car that didn't have everything I wanted in a CPO, he contacted me a few weeks later and gave me a heads up of a new arrival that was coming to the showroom. I got some more details from him and it hit every mark for a great price! The car was brought to Audi Ottawa where I completed the purchase of my new CPO and I can't say enough good things about the relationship I've built with the Audi team there! You're in great hands with Romy, John, Maxime and Jamie
