Picking up new vehicle. Very well managed in view of the COVID-19 restrictions. The vehicle itself is proving to be Awesome.

Good experience

Hi, overall good experience with sales staff, but not so great with communication about picking up the vehicle. Individual at front of desk (blond tall person) did not know about staff nor did she care for informing the appropriate person when paper work was done. I had to seek out the key handover person myself. Overall small bump in an overall good experience.

Nicholas was very helpful, even after I got my car, he helped a resolve a minor issue by going out of his way to come to my house and fixing the issue for me.

There was a warning light on my dashboard when the car was delivered. Nicholas came to my house and loaned me his own personal car and took my car back to the dealership so that the issue could be resolved and they made a second trip back to my house to give me my car back - above and beyond the call of duty
