I want to thank all the staff at Brantford Honda for making my new car purchase an easy and quick process. James Rijneveld and Rob Buckley especially went above and beyond to make my experiance extremely pleasent. I love my new 2020 Honda CIvic and will certainly be recommending you to others! Normally get my car serviced at another Honda dealership where the service is top notch. Thought I'd try this location and came in for a winter tire swap. The waiting areas are really nice. Service advisor comes to show me some alignment report saying my alignment was off and they could fix it for a little extra $$$ meanwhile my car's alignment was fine, car was recently serviced. Tell them to forget it and just swap the tires which is what I came in for. They do it and then tell me they fixed the alignment for free anyways. 🤔 I really hate when you go to a place for something simple like an oil change or tire swap and they try and nickle and dime you out of a few more bucks over some phony repair they 'found'. This isn't how you earn new customers. Additionally, unlike the other Honda dealership I normally visit there was no follow up customer satisfaction survey sent to me by Honda Canada or this Dealership. If you aren't asking your customers about their experiences how can you expect to improve?

Hi Mike, Thank you for taking the time to write to us with your concerns. Your feedback is extremely important to us. I understand that there has been a little confusion in regards to the alignment. When a vehicle is inspected for an alignment it is placed on a specialized hoist and measuring equipment is attached to the vehicle. A print out is provided to show the current vehicle measurements. I am curious if that was performed previously? I believe the alignment was done free of charge in order to not tie up our piece of equipment. I am also concerned that you did not receive our automatic follow up message. Again we would like to apologize for the less than perfect service our customers deserve and would be happy to discuss and make it right.
