If I could give this location 10 stars, I would! This is absolutely THE place to buy THE Honda! From the moment you enter to after you buy your car and go for servicing, etc, this location never disappoints. The staff members always greet you with a smile and genuinely take the time to sort your needs. We recently bought our 3rd Honda (first Accord Touring) from Casey O'Niell and the experience was nothing short of the best. We never felt pressured and there were no typical salesman tactics used (which are always a put-off) but just a honest, respectful deal! I called in to ask if the make and color we wanted was in stock and within minutes of the call, Casey sent us a video with the vehicle details. He was always prompt to respond to any of our questions and went above and beyond! We ended up buying the car on the same day and had it parked in our driveway in a week.. woohoo! As a bonus, you get a beautifully wrapped gift basket when you pick up your car which also shows how thoughtful these guys are. The manager at this location also deserves a shout out as you can see he is involved with the customers (and not the types who just peer over you from their offices while you make one of the bigger purchases of your life). We are 100% returning to this location for our car needs and recommend it to everyone we know!

Excellent experience from the Get-go! Casey was a pleasure to work with and very professional. He was friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. He gave us all the facts about the car and even helped by taking a video of the car (inside & out) to send to us via email before we even came to see it as we were coming from some distance away. Great idea! Fantastic experience dealing with Casey and Brantford Honda. Would definitely recommend.

Jeff is my Service Advisor and he is fantastic. He explains the quotes given in good detail so I know exactly what I’m paying for. He has a great personality with the customers and gets the job done. I would recommend Jeff to any of my Honda friends. Good Job Jeff & Brantford Honda!
