Dropped my car off Sunday night because the check engine light had come on; when I called to talk to the service department they already had my car up on the hoist and had determined what the problem was and that it was covered under warranty. When they took my car out for a test they noticed a noise and discovered a bearing that needed to be replaced, again under warranty. I appreciated the excellent service provided and the friendly experienced staff.

Purchasing my first new Honda at Palladino was a breeze and I enjoyed my experience very much. A few years later and looking to upgrade to a CRV was a different experience. I was treated poorly by a salesman who lied and treated me with disrespect when it came to the price of the vehicle, behaving as though he didnt agree to a price and also telling me my spouse agreed to a higher threshold price (which I know is NOT true) His tricks sent me to the door so I switched to the Rav at Toyota, far better sales experience. Later, purchasing a second vehicle looking at Honda again (used this time) we were not treated with the respect and ended up with the same salesman who was rude, changed schedules on us, made us feel like a burden and has made us feel like our business is not valued. He has been sarcastic, rude and nothing short of an a** through text. Long Story Short-you wont see me back in there...the two negative experiences have far outweighed the positive one. If you want to be shown respect, I suggest another dealership.
