We had a great experience buying our first Toyota at Jackson's Toyota in Barrie. With gas prices so high, and us wanting to be more environmentally conscious, we knew we wanted to get into a hybrid or fully electric vehicle. Eric was able to help us decide that a hybrid RAV 4 would be the best option for our family, and got us into a vehicle much sooner than we would have expected. Other dealerships we checked out were showing an 18-24 month wait for hybrid vehicles and 2+ years for fully electric- we were driving our new RAV 4 Hybrid under 4 months from when we first visited Jackson's Toyota. I would highly recommend this dealership for their customer service, regular communication and going above and beyond to make sure our first Toyota experience was positive. My fingers are crossed that they have a wider selection and availability of fully electric cars to choose from in a few years when we replace our other vehicle.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with a dealership!!!! I purchased a used vehicle, bill of sale complete, bi weekly payments said. 3 days later asked to bring my trade in vehicle in for photos to be taken because the ones sent now weren't good enough although trade value was already given. Another 4 days gone nothing heard. Then the saleman called and said oh sorry your vehicle was put in auction and it's bringing $16000 less than we offered you, so your bi weekly payment will now go up $99. Nothing was properly explained, a week and a half of my time wasted along with severe lack of communication and I still haven't received my deposit. Would not recommend them to anyone!!!

It's been just over 2 weeks since I purchased my vehicle off Toyota and so far everything has been great. Bill was my sales guy I went in with a plan knowing how much I wanted to spend monthly on a finance and he worked his magic to get me what I wanted. I ended up purchasing a used 2017 Toyota Corolla and like I said so far I am happy with my purchase and happy with the vehicle. I am over the moon to finally be a Toyota owner. Thanks again.

I recently bought the brand new 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross from Jackson’s. Kevin met me within minutes of driving in, and immediately started inquiring how he could help. After discussing various options he took me right back to look at the Toyota Corolla Cross and I took out for a test drive and fell in love with. I still say to this day that Jackson’s Toyota hooked me up with more than I ever thought I would own in a car and in the range I wanted to pay. Kevin was supportive and helpful throughout my waiting days (approximately 2 months). I can’t stop raving about the service and quality I received from beginning to the end of my purchase. Friendly staff, awesome cars, attention to detail, customer care, hospitality what more could you ask for. Thank you Jackson’s Toyota !!
