I just wanted to thank all the great people at Jackson's Toyota who made my new car purchase easy and were always there to help. I would say if you are going to buy a new car ask for Brent Bell to help you out, he always went above and beyond was always friendly and happy to reach out and help us if we had any questions or needed support. We had a positive experience with our recent lease contract for a RAV4 Hybrid. Our salesman, Rohid Pal, was kind, courteous & informative. He walked us through the details & we couldn’t be happier with our new vehicle. It replaced a 2018 RAV4, so that says it all for Toyota’s customer satisfaction! Megan helped us with the leasing contract & answered ALL our questions! Highly recommend Jackson’s Toyota for customers looking for a good purchasing experience with their next vehicle. No complaints!

Rohit pal the sales agent was absolutely amazing, from the time i spoke to him on the phone till i took delivery of my Corolla Cross, everything up front, no pressure, no sales gimmicks..he is your man..tell him Sudarshan Shetty sent you..this dealership is probably a rarity , where there is no upselling, no pressure to buy extra..Loved it

My wife and I had pre-ordered our Tacoma back in mid-Feb. We received the truck on May 31. During that time, Matt took the time to answer every single one of our many emailed questions to him, kept us updated as to the status of the delivery of the truck and was there to greet us, in person, on the day of pick up. He took his time and gave us amazing service. He made sure everything was completely ready upon the day of pick up and made the entire experience from ordering to driving the smoothest I've ever had! Matt is an excellent customer service representative and I fully recommend him to anyone every time! He gets a 10 out of 10 in my books! Keep up the excellent service Matt!

Great service from beginning to end of sale

Purchased a new truck and Andrew went through everything with me more then I expected. He showed me every option of the vehicle when signing as well and how to use it them when I Picked it up. He kept me updated on delivery dates and just made it a great experience.

We have been customers of Jackson Toyota since we moved up to Barrie 12 years ago. We have been very happy with the service we have received there since that time. We have bought over 6 Toyota vehicles and have always been impressed with there quality and reliability. Andrew Black assisted us with our recent purchase a Camry XSE and Andrew was great to deal with as he answered all our questions when we bought the vehicle and kept us informed through out the process. We have been very impressed with the vehicle since delivery a week ago, as it came as advertised. It was a pleasure dealing with the Jackson Team.
