I just purchased a new 2022 Toyota Venza Hybrid from Jackson’s Toyota in Barrie with the help of MaryAnnie Attard. She really knew her stuff! MaryAnnie guided me through the whole process without a hitch, I would certainly recommend her to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. I can’t wait to start driving my new Toyota ! William Snow

I had Mary Annie Attard, she was very pleasant to deal with in ordering my new Toyota. She is willing to help in getting you the right.m car for a good price and also very comedic chatting while I waited for the my pre owned car to be looked at. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone I know.

I have have been servicing my Toyota(s) at Jackson’s since 2002. I have always been happy with the service. I have dealt with the Sales department to trade in and purchase three times and have been treated with respect each time.

Before writing this I thought, it can’t just be me who experienced this and sure enough…. So please read the other reviews, they’re very consistent about service. Absolutely no integrity. I completely understand mistakes happen, we’re only human. But Service Department, if you say you’re going to do something (checked and confirmed with them multiple times) then you do it. They act in bad faith with no accountability. Pass the buck, lip service, not my problem behaviour. If you would like to hear “I’m so sorry” for all the mistakes they make with no action and 6.5 months to get work done this is the place to go. If it wasn’t an insurance claim I would have quit wasting my time (and unpaid work days) with them long long ago. In response to the below: Your implying of this being a fake review in attempt to discredit its content is disappointing when you know we have spoken in direct response of this review. I’m not sure why it wasn’t left at that, regardless, I wish you all the best.
