Matt Mitchell (sales rep) was excellent! He listened to us and did not pressure us. He was honest and our experience with buying our Prius was exceptional. Meghan Fitzgerald was thorough as she walked us through the financial steps. We will continue to be loyal Jackson’s Toyota clients because they never let us down! Andrew Black is an excellent and knowledgeable sales rep! I can’t recommend him enough! Not only is he fun to work with, he also asks all of the important questions and listened to my needs, and together we found the perfect vehicle for me. The process was extremely smooth and I will be going to Jackson’s Toyota and seeing Andrew for all of my future vehicle leases. He made the process smooth and simple!

Had a fantastic experience for my first time buying a new car. Matt walked me through each step of the process in good detail and made sure I understood everything well.
