Delayed, waited five months for car, understandable though not Jackson Toyotas fault. Love the new car and it’s great to have everything finished.

It was a scheduled service appointment and car was dropped off at 10 am. They advised that they are not sure how many hours it will take to do a service check as this time no oil change was done. I told them I need to pick up the kids at 3 so I need car at 2:30 also that I need the rare viper blade changed. They said that as soon as a service manager looks at my car they will contact me and give me an ETA. No one called me no one reached out. I finally called at 2:20 that I need to pick up my kids. They said come get the car. When I reached there the viper blade was not changed. And they quickly did that while I waited plus the service manager had not even a min to talk to me. I paid and left Toyota at 2:50. Sadly I was late to pick the kids up. Worse service with no communication.

I had a great experience buying from Jackson’s Toyota. They were able to find me a vehicle quickly and everything went smoothly. I am really happy with my Rav4.
