Hopping busy place but they managed to squeeze us in for a repair on our FJ Cruiser. We were towed to their lot With our travel trailer and they got us in and fixed the same day! Very friendly and accomadating! Put their best mechanic on the job!

I bought a new vehicle at the end of the pandemic, supply was low but my sales person was amazing and sent me weekly updates. The best part of buying at Jackson's is the button.....if you know you know.

beginning 2022 we shopped around for a new Corolla hybrid. We contacted several Toyota dealers and spoke to them over the phone and in person. We can buy a new car at any Toyota dealer, so price (and service) was/is very important for us. Some Toyota dealers marked the price up with so called "administration costs". We ended up with Jackson Toyota. Negotiations (with sales person Matthew Mitchell) went smooth and went into the right direction for us (price wise). We signed the contract and picked up the car appr. 4 months later, as promised by Matthew/Jackson's Toyota. This is our second car we buy from this dealer.

Back in 2015 Jackson’s tried to sell me over $400 worth of parts I didn’t need. They would not transfer my tpms sensors to my new Toyota wheels. They guaranteed me that they wouldn’t fit and I would have to buy new ones. I knew that was a lie so I went to orillia and they switched things around for me instead. I received an email asking to review Jackson’s service. I ignored it because there was nothing good to say. They then sent me another email asking for a review so I put everything in the review. A few months later I went in for an oil change and was told that they could not serve me, I was banned from the dealership. I asked for the service manager to see why. The guy came out and said that the dealership can’t afford the negative publicity. I asked him to explain himself but he just turned and walked away as I was talking to him. Now, 7years later my truck has a recall. I called to make an appointment and they said they still can’t serve me?!? What a joke, I just called and left a message for the general manager to call me back but at this point, I’m not sure I would trust taking my truck there even if they told me I could. I would avoid this dealership at all costs.

Chris Tran helped me out a lot on this one and went above and beyond. When I thought I would never receive my truck due to supply chain issues, he never gave up and got me my truck that I’ve been wanting for years. Finance office did a great job as well. Thanks for everything you guys/gals! As long as Toyota keeps pumping out great vehicles you now have a customer for life.

Was driving up north last week on the 400 when I encountered a flat tire. Drove to the nearest Toyota dealership (Jackson's in Barrie) and was met my an extremely helpful young man who assisted me with the tire repair and explained what they were going to do in full detail. No complaints from me, just praise. Thanks Jackson's Toyota

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the folks at Jackson’s Toyota. Especially Eric, Tony and Danielle. They all made the impossible possible during times of shortages and uncertainties. Great dealership. Great management and great customer service. Thank you Jackson’s Toyota. I love my new RAV4. Eric was an amazing sales person and I appreciate his cs skills.
