I recently had to have a window replaced in addition to a little body work around the window. The service staff and those in the body shop were extremely helpful in providing me with information on what I needed to do in dealing with a body claim at MPI.. The staff are super people, so helpful, informative and very pleasant to deal with. The service is excellent at Murray Chevrolet (I rate it 5 stars). Anything I need to do with keeping my vehicle running smoothly and keeping it in good condition will always be done at Murray Chevrolet. Thank you.

Dealing with Genevieve has been the best customer service we have had in a really long time. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and explains things very well. She is a great example of what customer service should be! She got our testing and warranty repairs looked after quickly. We would not hesitate to deal with her again and the whole staff for that matter. Murray Chev has outstanding service, which is why we coming back!

Broken door handles

Had 2 broken door handles, Ryan talked to GMC about my warranty being slightly over. GM agreed to help out on price. Handles were replaced, nice job and bill was actually less than his quote. Very happy. Thank Ryan.

Ryan Smith is my service advisor. he is always very courteous, and helpful. I trust his judgment and recommendations for our cars and don't feel like I am going to be ripped off. Murrays is the only dealership we will go to because I trust them.

As usual, the people at Murrays were very respectful and caring during the process of trading my car in and purchasing a new one. The salesman, John Puchniak , spent a considerable amount of time finding me the vehicle I wanted and explaining my options. My new vehicle is great! I have been dealing with Murrays since they were located in Oakbluff. I have lost count of how many vehicles I have purchased from them. I also appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff that work in the maintenance department. I have brought all my vehicles to them for maintenance over the many years.
