Service is exceptional, whereby Murray's team is friendly, thorough, professional. Their service team is always helpful and friendly. They don't only have our vehicles serviced, they take the time to listen to our needs and take the appropriate action to resolve the issues, which exceeds our expectations. We had our Yukon XL's starter fail to turn over on a cold winter night while I was the only vehicle in the outdoor parking lot. Even though it started several times afterwards, I could not risk another failure at any time. With my customers depending on me, and my wife having surgery, we could not risk being stranded anywhere. Even though no problems were found, the service team agreed to replace the starter as I requested. I consider this type of service as "working with me to meet my needs" rather than just waiting for a complete failure of a part before replacing it. While waiting on our vehicles being serviced, a visit to the showroom floor is always a pleasant one, with informative and helpful chats with Murray's friendly sales team. Thank you Murray Chevrolet for a great experience. Both service and sales experiences will keep us coming back.

The salesman I dealt with was named Jamie (sorry don't have his card handy for his last name). He was very professional and did everything he could to make the purchase more easy for me. Even when I told him about my situation going through my divorce and explained that I couldn't afford it right now he still helped me get into my brand new vehicle right away with payments that I could afford. I would highly recommend Jamie and Murray Chevrolet to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle.
