Great service and excellent, friendly staff. Their service department is always very helpful and do super work! Would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants great people to look after their vehicles or to sell them a new car.

After purchasing 4 vehicles from Murray I am extremely disappointed with the service department. And staff at Murray Chev on Waverley. The service is just Ridiculous.

I had my car in to be serviced for the remote starter lock and unluck buttons and command start fixed and the hood latch to be repaired. I got the car back being told all was working now. The lock and unlock buttons did work however the command start did not. It set off the car alarm when I tried to use it. I took my car back in again to have it looked at again as it was not fixed as it was supposed to be. I was told that they would look at it again and there would be no fee if it was on their fault. When I picked up the car I was told that it would be a semi costly repair as the security system wiring to the hood was needing to be replaced in order for the command start to work. They proceeded to charge the diagnos fee for having found the problem. I felt this wasn't fair as I had paid the fee last time when they should have found this issue when they tested the command start before returning the car. When Ryan spoke with me I felt as though the way he spoke was to say that I wouldn't understand as I am just a woman. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to discuss the fee any further, so I just paid it and went. I feel taken advantage of and I do not wish to return to have service from Ryan again.

The staff are always helpful and considerate. Keeps me coming back! They have always located and solved any problems and been very conscious of the effect of me not having my vehicle...whether providing the shuttle or a rental.

My truck was towed in on the Friday. Didn't get looked at till Tuesday. Wasn't offered a courtesy car, which would have been great because I live in the country and there isn't any bus service. I didn't get the truck back till Wednesday. On the Wednesday I told service that I will be coming down after work and will wait for my truck. I get down there and they tell me the truck is ready. As I was paying for my truck repairs, my phone rings. It is the service department calling me to say that my truck is ready. I told the fellow that I was already paying for the bill. Then they can't find my truck. Finally they find it. In the mean time the service manager comes over to talk with me. He appolizies for the service I have received and give me a free car wash at the Chamie.

Service is exceptional, whereby Murray's team is friendly, thorough, professional. Their service team is always helpful and friendly. They don't only have our vehicles serviced, they take the time to listen to our needs and take the appropriate action to resolve the issues, which exceeds our expectations. We had our Yukon XL's starter fail to turn over on a cold winter night while I was the only vehicle in the outdoor parking lot. Even though it started several times afterwards, I could not risk another failure at any time. With my customers depending on me, and my wife having surgery, we could not risk being stranded anywhere. Even though no problems were found, the service team agreed to replace the starter as I requested. I consider this type of service as "working with me to meet my needs" rather than just waiting for a complete failure of a part before replacing it. While waiting on our vehicles being serviced, a visit to the showroom floor is always a pleasant one, with informative and helpful chats with Murray's friendly sales team. Thank you Murray Chevrolet for a great experience. Both service and sales experiences will keep us coming back.
