They definitely do not want to sell their cars, maybe their target is achieved or they do not want to deal with customers who have inquiries or who have different situations. Unfriendly and lazy staff.

Santa Fe went in for a recall item. Booked for 08.30 but it was mid afternoon before I got the car back. They did wash it this time!

When it comes to "drop off" appointments such as in your case, we do try our very best to get our customer's vehicles in as quickly as possible. However, appointments where people have booked and requested to wait for their vehicle to be serviced, those will typically take priority. Next time, if you are in need of your vehicle sooner, you may want to consider letting us know that you would prefer to wait and we can schedule your appointment for a day and time that will be more convenient for you.
