I was in the market for a new vehicle I went to many dealerships looking for the best trade in value and an SUV to fit my needs. SMP was able to give me the best trade in value and Robby (salesman) was able to find me a great SUV within my price range and made the entire experience stress free. The effort that was put in by Casey & Robby was truly unremarkable. I drove off the lot with a reliable SUV for my children and I. Thanks again Robby and Casey.

After having a previous bad experience dealing with a salesman at SMP, I was skeptical when I walked in this weekend to look at a van for our family. I told the front desk the name of the man I didnt want to deal with and expressed I had a bad experience the last time. They listened to my concerns and matched me up with Krista Mitchell who I can not say enough wonderful things about. She listened to us and took us seriously when we told her what dollar figure we couldnt exceed. She went to bat for us to get the van down to a price we could agree on and went to bat again for us to get my trade in valued properly. Not once did she make us feel pressured or uncomfortable. I will absolutely go back to see her for our next purchase!! If you are at SMP ask for Krista, you wont be disappointed.

I highly recommend NOT going here for your service needs. I have had nothing but bad experiences. Firstly, I got my car taken there by tow truck before I went on holidays as I had a warning pop up on my car saying "LOW OIL PRESSURE STOP ENGINE". I figured getting it towed there was my best option. They had called me a couple days later with the quote. It was quoted at $8800 or close to. I haven't even had this car for a year yet, and I purchased it right from SMP. I told them that I would not be able to afford that, but I would contact the bank and let them know what I could figure out. Samantha was very lovely and she had ended up getting the price reduced by 20% and that helped a lot. TELL ME WHY I drove it for 1/2 hour when I finally got it back after the week that they had it in the shop, and there were issues with it. I took it back to them because it was shaking/vibrating, and they told me they re-did the wheel alignment, sprayed my tires out, and road tested it. IF it was road tested they would have felt the shaking/ vibrating issue that was going on. I then drove it for 1 day to work (OUT OF THE CITY) and it was still shaking/ vibrating so I took it back once again... 3rd Times the charm right? I sure as hell hope so because they are now making me pay MORE MONEY FOR WORK THEY SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT THE FIRST TIME, but didn't. The best that they could offer me the THIRD time taking it in was 20% off labor and discounted parts. You'd think that if they did an engine diagnostic the first time it was in there they would have caught the fuel pump code, and also would have noticed that the drive belt needed to be replaced when they were in there replacing my timing chains. But instead I got a response of "This isn't related to the work that we did the first time. Your car had no oil when it came in, and wasn't running so we weren't able to diagnose that the first time". A FUEL PUMP DOESN"T GO OVERNIGHT, and it sure as hell wasn't having these issues BEFORE I got the "LOW OIL PRESSURE STOP ENGINE" warning. So obviously someone didn't do their job correctly the first time, or maybe they think that because I'm young and a girl that I won't know any better. Oh and the cherry on top of all of this, is my car has been in the shop being actively worked on for over a week. AND now I wont get it back till MONDAY. Never once was I offered a courtesy car, only shuttle services, but I work out of town and this has been a real big inconvenience to my family and co-workers. I would like to edify Samantha Friesen though, she was really kind through this whole experience, and did what she could to make it more affordable on her end. I really appreciate her. I would like to give the service department 0 stars, but that's not an option.... Samantha gets a solid 5 stars though!

10/10 would recommend, had the pleaser of working with Angela in sales and Samantha in financing both amazing lady’s made the whole process smooth and easy. They’re both so friendly and knowledgeable they made the stress I had about buying my first car from a dealership fly right out the window. If you’re looking to buy a new vehicle I highly recommend asking for Angela she really cares about her customers and makes the process fun and easy, thanks Angela.

I LOVE MY NEW EQUINOX!!!!! Thank you so much to Angela Lockhart! No pressure at all and just great to work with!! I’d recommend her to anyone!! She is very knowledgeable about their products and if she didn’t know she would go get the answer. Honestly best experience buying a car ever! Bought a car from smp 2 weeks ago they didn’t clean the inside, the car didn’t have a manual and less than a week after getting it I get check engine light. They charged me $500 to fix the car it was maybe a $150 dollar fix, $40 part and 15 minutes of work done to car. Never getting service from smp again.
