After a disheartening round of visits to several car dealerships, we almost gave up due to the aggressive sales tactics we encountered. However, we decided to make one last stop at SMP, and I'm thrilled to say it completely changed our perspective. The experience at SMP was refreshingly different. There was absolutely no pressure from the sales team; they allowed us to visit two or three times as we deliberated over our decision, ensuring we felt completely comfortable. The entire SMP team treated us with genuine care and respect, which was a stark contrast to our previous experiences. They made us feel valued as human beings rather than just potential sales. Moreover, we managed to secure a fantastic deal on our brand new vehicle, unmatched by any other dealership in the city. Special thanks to Sherman, who was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, helping us find the perfect vehicle. Also, a big shout out to Isaiah, who assisted us in choosing the right coverage package with ease. Their customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend SMP for anyone in the market for a new car. They stand out from the rest not only in value but in the quality of their customer care.

A year ago, l bought my car in this location and l am grateful how fast and efficient the service rendered to me by one of their agent, never l thought l will be disappointed when it comes to their service department. A week ago, l dropped my car at the dealership for a maintenance service, l was assisited by advisor Devon and got told that l have to leave my car for the whole day, I told him l have work later that afternoon so he end up booking me again on the next weekday. He specifically told me that he needs me to leave my car for the whole day which l agreed. (I booked off in my job today just to be in the dealership this morning.) Long story short, l brought my car before 0730, few minutes before my appointment time. Then he started telling me that l need leave my car in the dealership today and come back tomorrow..2 days just for a maintenance service and an oil change(which is my complimentary for 2 years and never ever used it). I was of course upset as l felt my appointment has never been honored. I questioned him, why l need to leave my car for 2 days and he said there are 40 more work orders ahead of me, then what about me.? What about my work, my other errands? l followed what l've been told.! Bring the car to the dealership and leave there for a day. Then when we asked if there is a service car for us to use he told us that all the service car are not available that very moment. I've never been upset that much in a dealership, l never felt l was valued. Every month l got a diagnostic report in my chevrolet car indicating that my car has no problem, only this February l got notified that l have to go there for an oil change and since it is complementary on my part l decided to go there and avail the maintenance service which never happened anyways. l will never come to this dealership anymore. l thought since l got my car from them, l will be valued as loyal customer and treated with respect. I thought the sales and service department are the same, looking for the welfare of their customers, well l just got told that they are different. This location is POORLY recommended when it comes to service. Go somewhere else, there's a lot of customer centered dealership out there.

Highly recommend SMP! They were so helpful and went above and beyond to get things diagnosed and fixed asap. Devin was so wonderful to work with. I really appreciate his help and how fast he got me in. Finally feel relief that the issue I had multiple diagnoses on has been resolved. Shuttle drivers were great....especially Don. Will be coming back for any major work in the future. I know I can trust them. Thank you SMP.
